Yes there is, you're obviously either blind or a dumbass. Let me list the changes:

1: New and better character models
2: I actually bothered lip-synching
3: I used music & sound FX

Something different from the rest of the flashes

NO DAMN CLOCKS/GLOCKS AND STUPID SQUIGGLY FLASHES!! My animation was consistant, and I actually bothered to put a shit load of effort into it. 72 hours worth, actually. Lip-synching takes ALOT of time.

Few things I disliked

the random items apearing out of nowhere wasn't very good...
the rocket or whatever it was didn't fly smoothly...
guns weren't well animated...
what the hell was with the car!?...
and MUCH MUCH MORE!!!!!!!!
